To the Parents/ Guardians:
• Kindly assist your child in accomplishing their tasks. Follow the given schedule in this Weekly Home
Learning Plan.
• The answer sheets in different subjects shall be submitted in school on the allotted schedule. Follow the
scheduled time and date of distribution and retrieval.
• If there is available gadget and internet connection, please assure that you are in the Group Chat and on the
Facebook Group page. This will allow easier communication for your concerns, questions, and inquiries.
• If you find difficulty in answering, feel free to message me from 8:00am-5:00pm ONLY. I will be glad to
assist you on Messenger, Group Chat, Group Page, or even via text message.
• Attached herewith is the “LEARNER’S ACTIVITY SHEETS” which will serve as your answer sheets. Use a
bond paper or pad paper for the other activities. Compile the ANSWER SHEETS and OUTPUTS in an
envelope when submitting it to the school.
• DO NOT FORGET TO WRITE YOUR CHILD’S NAME AND SECTION on the Learner’s Activity Sheets.
• Learner’s Activity Sheets can be submitted via messenger. Just send a message to your child’s teacher.

 Read the introductory text of the lesson.
8:00–10:00 AM  Study the music of China, Japan and Korea p.6-11
 Work on the Learning Task 1 on your Learner’s Activity Sheet. You may find your
answers as you read and understand the lesson.
Lesson 2-3: East Asian Musical Instruments
 Read the introductory text of the lesson that explains the different classification of
musical instruments.

 Study and analyze the different instrument from the selected countries in East Asia, try

 Study and analyze the different traditional music of selected countries from Southeast

1:00-5:00 Learning Output 1: On a separate sheet of paper, draw, and color your ideal man / woman.
PM Below your drawing, write the characteristics you expect from him / her.

Learning Output 2: On a short bond paper, cut pictures or draw pictures that will show the
meaning and purpose of marriage. Make a photo collage out of those pictures, then write an
explanation about your work.

Learning output 3: In a bond paper, make a poster that shows the role of the father and mother
during the period of pregnancy. Write a short explanation for your output at the back of paper.

Learning Output 4: Inside the baby cup and indicate the nutrients needed by an infant for his
daily meal.
Learning Output 5: On a short bond paper, draw and describe the structure of your family.
Write your description at the back of your paper.

Learning Output 6: Draw three (3) hearts. Write and color it according to the given instructions:
 In the red heart, write a note for the roles and responsibilities of parents well attended
and followed in child rearing and caring.
 In the white heart, write a note to tell your special feelings of gratitude to your parents
for the love and care given to you.
 In the yellow heart, write a letter of thanks to the Creator for giving you your wonderful
parents.

Important thing to remember: We will schedule Friday as our Completion Day of Requirements. You may
