While doing the activity I felt tired and at the same time I enjoyed doing the
activity. Because in that simple activity it helps me to improve my physical
development and fitness.

2. How do you think the activities help you improve your physical development and
fitness?
Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your
endurance. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps
your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And when your heart and lung
health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores.

3. What are other activities do you think you should do to improve your
performance and results in these conditioning activities?

Endurance Training
Endurance exercise, also known as aerobic exercise, helps develop stamina. It can
also improve the functioning of the heart and lungs. Another benefit of endurance
exercise is an increase in the body's metabolic rate, which helps a person burn
calories long after their workout is complete and assist in a person's body-reshaping
efforts.
4. How do you feel for the intensity of the activities? Please indicate
your RPE rating after doing the activities. In the description, you can
include how long can you maintain and how many repetitions are you
able to do for each activity.
