Private transfer: means a service provided only for the passengers confirmed at the above chart. The transportation service can be provided to
both or any of the following directions:

For Arrival: Pick up at the International Cancun Airport / Drop off at The Fives.

For Departure: Pick up at The Fives / Drop off at the International Cancun Airport (The driver has a maximum waiting time of 10 minutes;
otherwise; the vehicle will leave the resort and No show fee will be charged to your suite).

*For any other direction, an extra charge would apply.

Important information. Please note that customs procedures can take 5 or 45 minutes depending on how many people are waiting in line; we are
aware of this. Our representative at the airport will monitor your flight to ensure that your shuttle will be ready whenever you arrive; if your flight is
delayed for operative causes by the airline; we will reprogram your transfer according to the airline official information.

Once you arrive to Cancun Airport you will be directed to baggage claim area, after you cleared immigration and customs during the way out you
will be approached by time share representatives offering you free tours, breakfast and other promotions please do not stop, our representative will
be waiting for you OUTSIDE of the Airport displaying a banner with the resort logo.

Once he meets you outside of the airport, you will be guided to the vehicle. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY OTHER TRANSFER SERVICE IF THE
REPRESENTATIVE HAS NOT THE BANNER WITH THE FIVES LOGO

PAYMENT: The fee of the hired service will be charged to your suite balance upon your check in.

You will not be asked to pay the representative or the driver.

TERMINAL 2

If you are arriving to Terminal 2, as you exit the airport, only look to the right to find our greeter and the banner with THE FIVES logo.

TERMINAL 3

As you exit the airport at Terminal 3, you will see all the greeters with signs in front of you. To the right you will see the "Air Margarita Ville" Bar, we
use this place as a Meeting Point.

TERMINAL 4

After you pass by the Car rental offices, please take the exit on the left under "TOUR OPERATOR", please DO NOT follow the sign under
"Families and friends only".

Cancellation policy and changes:


• Any cancellation or changes to the reservation must be requested at least 24 hour prior to the scheduled service. Otherwise,
changes and/or cancellations cannot be guaranteed and will incur in 100% total service charge
• Once you have completed your reservation, please be so kind to notify 48 hours in advance any increase/decrease of number of
passengers.
• In the event that your hotel reservation is cancelled, please notify in advance
• The resort is about 35 minutes from Cancun Airport: Carretera Cancun Tulum Km. 62, Playa del Carmen, Municipio de
Solidaridad, Riviera Maya, Quintana Roo 77710, Mexico.

Credit/Debit Card payment policy:
• Dear Guest: Please be advised that you must physically bring any credit card used to make payments or guarantees for this
reservation and present it to the Front Desk at the time of check in. In the event the same card is not presented at check in, you will
need to provide an alternate form of payment in order to check in and request a refund of the charge on the previous card.
