1. Differentiate Globalization from Regionalization.

In regionalization, it is a process of dividing an area into smaller segments called regions.

On the other hand, globalization is a process of international integration arising from the
interchange of world views, products, ideas and other aspects such as technology, etc. In
terms of nature, Globalization promotes the integration of economies across state borders
all around the world but, regionalization is precisely the opposite because it is dividing an
area into smaller segments. In the market, Globalization allows many Co. to trade on an
international level so it allows a free market but in a regionalized system, monopolies are
more likely to develop. In Cultural & Societal relations, Globalization accelerates
multiculturalism by free and inexpensive movement of people but regionalization does
not support this. Globalized international community is also more willing to come to the
aid of a country stricken by a natural disaster, but a regionalized system does not get
involved in the affairs of other areas. Technological advances: globalization has driven
great advances in technology but, advanced tech. is rarely available in one country or
region.

2. What was the role of organization such as EU, ASEAN, APEC, for the sustainable
development of every region?

Just like APEC, its role for the sustainable development of every region is that our
environment improves as we protect the quality of our air, water and green spaces and
manage our energy resources and renewable resources to ensure sustainable growth and
provide a more secure future for our people. APEC aims to create greater prosperity for
the people of the region by promoting balanced, inclusive, sustainable, innovative and
secure growth and by accelerating regional economic integration.
One of the goals of ASEAN is to increase regional integration , trade, investment and
interconnectivity. These are not only applied to ASEAN and APEC, but also to other
organizations.
3. How the process of economic motivation?

Motivation is an internal process. Whether we define it as a drive or a need, motivation is

a condition inside us that desires a change, either in the self or the environment. In the
economy, in order for you to fulfill your economic needs, you must work for it. This
economic need serves as the motivation of a man. Just like for example, if you want to
buy a house and lot, you will be motivated to work more as your company will pay you.
In that way, it will help you to achieve your goals, which is to buy a house and a lot.
