In this lesson, motivation come from the Greek word movere which means to move, this

simply means that we need to move, we need to strive to achieve our goals, our
desires, out aim in what we are doing. We should have goals it should not be neglected
towards our drives and achievements. We need to move, we need to have motivations
because if we were to set goals, but aren’t doing anything to accomplish it, this means
that you are not moving, we don’t have motivations for us to achieve our desires
outcomes.

that can be touch it can be trophies, medals, certificates, money etc. this are things that
motivates us
