RELEASE, WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM

directly or indirectly cause to be published, printed, transmitted, aired or in any other manner disseminate or
convey to any party or to the public any information pertaining to

agreed to this document and the RELEASE, WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM executed herein is given by me

6. This RELEASE, WAIVER AND QUITCLAIM is a final and full settlement of all my claims, disclosed or
otherwise. This quitclaim should not be deemed an admission of any liability of ROSMIC Wash Laundry
Services or any of its affiliates.
