Answer: I would rate it a 9. Students nowadays are well knowledgeable with regards to
the current trend and technologies. Also most students open their accounts because of

would be busy with their academics that they may not have enough time to visit the bank
or any atm so having digital banking (I-Access), it would be convenient for them to see
their balances with just one tap on their phones. They can also pay their tuition fees
through our online payment facilities given the fact that their school has a partnership
with LandBank. It is also easier to pay their bills if they have any through our online
facilities.

INSIGHT/LEARNINGS

Reyes, Sharry Mae H.

In the interview that we conducted, I am overwhelmed and at the same point I enjoyed
reading her answer according to our question that we gave. As a customer’s associate
or as an employee it is important to value your customers and give your best to give the
good quality of services to keep their loyalty and in that case as an employee it is happy
to see the smile and the satisfaction of each customer and I can see to Ms. Baraquel
she love her job, her loyalty is in her job in terms on how she explain and answer the
question and as a employee of her bank she offer and give her best service for the
customers and it is very Important because the employee is the one who create the
good name of a company on how they work, on how they communicate and

accommodate the customers that will lead a different result that have an effect to the
company’s image. I noticed also that nowadays each company, business or bank have
different strategy to give the faster and easy way to connect to their customers and to
give better services in terms of technologies like Ms, Baraquel said that Landbank have
digital banking (I-Access) that student or each individual help to have easy transaction
between to their accounts and the other is Landbank give an affordable way to open a
account that it very helpful specially to the student who want to start saving money and
as a student or a person it is important to save money early and be more practical in
terms of money and I agree with Ms. Baraquel said that we need to learn in every
experience what we encounter our every day life, impose it and use it in the right way
that will lead you to the success. “If you put your mind into it paired with discipline,
dedication and determination you will see yourself already achieving your dreams” this
word from Ms. Baraquel I will use it as my motivation and inspiration as a person who
have dreams and dedication to be become stable or success.
In this paper I learned a lot, I learn about in life and also I able to use my knowledge in
our subject in financial Management like in choosing LANDBANK as a Government
institution, this bank focus or give more focus to the need of agriculture like fishermen
and a government institution LANDBANK have its responsible or goals to provide
financial services for developing specially the rural areas.

Magsino, Liana Trisha C.

Through reflecting about the learnings from the interviewer, I I was able to understand
how responsible they are in handling any amount of cash, payments, and cheques. Also,
they are capable to serve, help and support the people in time of needs. They focused in
the vision and mission of the Landbank where they make sure that its clients will be
served with the best effort that they can provide especially to the unbanked area. This
interview makes me realized how bank run in our industry. How they provide a good
service especially to those people who cannot afford high maintaining balance of an
account to save their money. I've learned a lot of things like other offer of this bank, how
ATM is important to all students nowadays. I have procured lots of information as
students in any aspects as a learner. I've also understand how they work on a bank and
how they process all checks inside the bank. In general, an interview to an employee in
LBP has a big impact to my future career. It makes me understand and know more
things as I step in closer to my dream career as an employee of a bank in the

Philippines. I am now more aware how a bank serves other offer to make things better
as money grows and save in a safety hand of every banking company in the Philippines.

Javier, Meriam C.
Based from the interview conducted, I have learned that during those gloomy shifts,
sometimes, all we need is some words of wisdom and inspiration to remind us. There’s a
reason “thank you” is one of the magic phrases we all learn in kindergarten. Showing
appreciation isn’t merely a matter of good manners. It acknowledges kindness and helps
strengthen bonds between people. After all, a happy employee makes for a happier
customer and, overall, a more positive interaction. I also learned that banks give us a
chance to make a lot, even when we don’t have a lot. Money can always grow over time.
Once we have it saved in the right places, it’ll come in handy when we need it most.
Without a bank, we might keep all of our money in the form of cash or real property.
There are other ways to store wealth other than bank accounts, but banks are the most
convenient option. The quickest way to access our money, other than keeping it in our
pocket, is to have it in a bank account. So that we choose LandBank because it has
easy access to cheap and more stable sources of funds, whereas private banks have to
work hard to mobilize funds. It cannot be denied that Landbank has some undue
advantages over private universal and commercial banks in investment and commercial
banking business. LANDBANK's contribute a better, safer and more progressive society,
redounding to an improved quality of life for people of the present and future
generations.

Macalalad, Stepenson
Based on the interview conducted, I have learned that working as a Customer Associate,
it is necessary to be more careful as possible. Since being the one who receives the
client's information and other details, it is important to maintain focus on the client's
inquiries and concerns that needed good critical thinking and decision-making in order to
control the flow of the transaction. In addition, I have realized that receiving a simple
gratitude from the client is one of a kind reward they cherish.
