I have learned that it is important that we do these physical fitness test in order for us
to identify our strength and weakness in terms of being physically fit
As you can see above, I am happy with the result of my fitness test since most of the
test came up with a good results, though I still have to enhance some of it for me to
become Physically fit.
I will improve my zipper test on my left hand because it shows poor result
I will share my knowledge about this Physical Fitness Test to my family and peers so they can
have their test too
I do everything in order for me to become fit and healthy.
