 Creation of AR Invoices though QuickBooks

 Entering the timesheets of the 1099, C2C and W2 consultants in Quick Books
 Updating with the rate changes and addresses in QB as well as in ADP.
 Verification of AP Invoices & processing the payments.
 Maintaining the collection report for following up on Payments on weekly basis.
 Collecting the W4 & I9 forms from employees.
