Connected with the student-led Social Entrepreneurship Initiative, the RMIT WIL
project developed the new pediatrics ward and assisted the medical staff of Da Nang
hospital in redesigning the expanded wards and more professional administration.

o Managed internal and external communication throughout 11-month project

for the hospital and the university.
o Developed external relations ranging from hospital staff, investors, suppliers
and architects.
o Interviewed doctors and nurses for their demands and daily work, working
with the Pediatrics’ administrator to find the best solutions and planning for
