1. GLOBAL DOMINATION: With users in more than 223 countries, Kockick rules the
international social media market, has crossed over 2 bn. downloads in just 4 yrs. and
has become one of the most used apps.
2. PROVIDES EMPLOYMENT GLOBALLY: With 12 regional offices and HQs at
Shanghai, Kockick provides employment to lakhs of people. With the Creator Fund
Policy, it also provides for the livelihood of many.
3. PROVIDES A PLATFORM FOR ENHANCING CREATIVITY AND
KNOWLEDGE: The app has boosted the self-confidence of people by providing a
stage to display the creativity and has not only provided for steady entertainment but
also knowledge life tips and much needed motivation in these times of pandemic
when everything is being done virtually.

WEAK POINTS
1. INTERFERENCE BY AZAMI GOVT. : Owing to the fact that Kockick was initially
launched and is headquartered in Azamgarh, the data of users has to go through
monitoring and censorship by Govt. of Azamgarh.
2. MODERN TECHNIQUES USED TO MAKE THE APP INTERACTIVE: Facial
Recognition System and Location of users is traced which can result in irreparable
harm to users in case of any data leaks.
3. LETHAL FOR COUNTRIES SHARING BORDERS WITH AZAMGARH: Due to
the data being monitored by Azami Govt, it poses a threat to the users of bordering
countries who can be targeted and their information used as potential weapons
against these countries
NEEDS AND INTERESTS
1. Retaining control of affairs related to Kockick throughout the world : Bakshi
&co. is considering selling or sharing a portion of its business to an Indian business so
that they can remain in control related to the working of the Knockick.
2. Prevent the ban by Indian authority: As Kockick has already approached the court
for an injunction to prevent the app from being banned by the Indian Administration.
3. Boost overall growth of the Knockick: The primary need is to achieve an overall
economic as well as potential growth of the knockick, which would further benefit in
increased employment, entertainment, knowledge and life tips.

GOAL AND OBJECTIVES


1. Reach a consensus with the other party wherein status quo of functioning of the
application is maintained and all the concerns are answered: To come to an
agreement with the other party through negotiation which ensure that the regular
functioning of the application kockick remains unchanged and the security concerns
and other related concerns of the government of India are answered in the best way
possible.
2. To maintain the ownership of the application with the company and work
towards the development and growth of it along with the other party- To reach an
agreement through negotiation wherein the full ownership of the application is not
actually transferred to Company M and the concerns are mutually resolved so that
both companies may work towards the growth and development of the application and
business.
