Rachael Ray

Rachael Ray was born in Glen Falls, New York on August 25, 1968.
Growing up she was exposed to the food industry a lot, both her Mom and
Dad were cooks. From her grandfather, she ate traditional Louisiana food,
before turning to the prestigious New York food.
Growing up around the cooking and restaurant industry influenced her
choices growing up, and eventually led her to become a successful author
and editor, and even star as a Food Network television personality.
Rachael has left quite an impact on the cooking community. She has
been around the world teaching others how to cook and cooking hacks that
might make their lives easier. She also has a number of best-selling
cookbooks that teach amazing cooking tips and tricks.
I somewhat relate to Rachael as my parents own a restaurant and I’ve
been around that industry my entire life. It’s inspiring to see how successful
she became while having a similar background to me.
