central cities, the health of a Colombian is normally good although the health
system is very poor, Colombians tend to celebrate any event, among these are, the
national dates that are celebrated with parades and commemorations, on religious
days there are processions and adorations through masses, Christmas is
celebrated with a lot of food such as (tamal, lechona, mazato, buñuelos and
custard), liquor and dancing together as a family.
