ISSUE
Air tightness of air charge system is not ensured; dust could enter the system.
This could lead to a total damage of the engine.

ACTION
Modification kit needs to be installed.

WARRANTY CLAIM ALLOWANCE

Parts and labour will be accepted until Dec. 31st. 2007.
Cost need to be claimed by warranty with reference of Campaign-Bulletin 2007-010.

Parts parts have to be ordered and will be accepted by

warranty (required parts are shown below) incl. landed

material: ALMG3MN
• Electrodes: DIN 1732 EL-AlSi5

• Electrodes need to be dried for 1 hour at 80° C prior use
• Preheating for welding not necessary

To ensure tightness of hoses to radiator 2 clamps are necessary. Length of existing

nozzle is not sufficient, therefore it gets increased by welding additional nozzle (Fig.
1, 5, Pos. 1) onto radiator.
