MODULE 7B (FOR LAC LEADERS): BUILDING MY

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROVISION

FOR LDM IMPLEMENTATION PORTFOLIO
After finishing the Modules on preparing for implementation of the learning
delivery modalities (LDMs) and providing technical assistance to your
school heads, you are now ready to carry out the activities to sustain your
support to them as they strive to smoothly implement the LDMs in their
Schools. In this Module, you will plan for how you will capture evidence of
providing
technical assistance and coaching to schools and school heads for their LDM
implementation, which you will organize into a Portfolio. This Portfolio will be
submitted to your designated Coach for evaluation by the end of the year. You
may also use this Portfolio as part of your means of verification (MOVs) for
your performance evaluation for 2020.
For the remainder of the school year (January to April 2021), NEAP will
issue guidance on portfolio-building, which you can apply to your
performance evaluation for 2021.
