1. What questions does a project objective answer?

What would be an example of a good

project objective?
A statement that defines the “What” of a project is a project objective. To be clear, the “What”
of a project should be measurable and tangible, realistic, achievable, and time-bound. In
addition, a good project objective should answer the “How” and “When”.
By January 2022, the IT department will have about 200 hours working 4 hours per day to
launch a new website with 3 pages and looks like the ABC website, with a cost of $2000.

2. What does it mean if the priorities of a project include: Time-constrain, Scope-accept, and
Cost-enhance?
Time-constrain means that the project should be finished within the time limitation. In other
terms, the time constraint is about the way a project is managed to meet the deadlines while
allocating the resources effectively.
Scope-accept means that the project scope could be changed to meet the time and cost
constraints.
Cost enhancement means reducing the project`s cost whenever possible.

3. When would it be appropriate to create a responsibility matrix rather than a full-blown WBS?
It would be a good idea to create a responsibility matrix rather than a full-blown WBS when we
have a smaller firm that we can communicate in person and face to face as the responsibility
matrix is beneficiary in cost and time rather than having a blown work breakdown structure or
WBS.
