Answer: Human Relations play a significant role in the life of any individuals because in some cases
relationships are more important for individuals. Knowingly, the term human relation can be defined
as an area of management practice which is concerned with the integration of people into work
situation in a way that motivate them to work productively, cooperatively, and social satisfaction.
However, it is the relation between human being that are affected by many other factors and helps in
the accomplishment of goals of an organization. At the same time, it is the study of why our beliefs,
attitudes, and behaviors sometimes cause relationship problems in our personal lives and in work-
related situations. Opportunely, studying human relations highlights the analysis of human behavior,
prevention strategies, resolution of behavioral problems, and self-development which are vital to

2. How did human relation related to human resource management?
Answer: Human Relations is a professional relationship between two people, primarily concerned
with training employees and aligning their personal development goals of the organization, while,
Human Resource Management has a broader focus on labor relations, compensation, benefits,
compliance and management of people in a company. These two areas have distinct but both have
also similarities and related to each other. In my own comprehension, human relations is connected
to human resource management by both roles involve working with people, interact with people,
interview with people well, communicate with people, managing employees, build a good relationship
between employees and managers, and of course possessing interpersonal skills that may prove
helpful in the development and handling of healthy relationships between employees and
organization. Through human relation together with human resource management, probably it will
result productivity towards work, and managing. During the process, human relations is established in
a way to create harmonious and effective communication in a professional manner which is very
essential and applicable to the human resource management. Otherwise, both set assumptions about
people’s value and capabilities, create policies and practices that managers should follow, and set
expectations with respect. Actually, human relation is related human resource management because
it incorporates management-employees and employees-employees. Furthermore, human relations
and human resource management are interwined, if the human relations are good at workplace likely
they are better human resources for the company as they can contribute their maximum skills.
Fortunately, human relations is critical for developing, maintaining a positive work, retaining
employees, and encouraging productivity which is significant for human resource management. At
last, by making human relations the focus of your human resource management approach, you can
effective create a workplace culture in which employees can thrive. Thus, these two will lead to
increase productive and efficiency in a certain organization as well as a crucial role in growth and
success of the organization nor a human.
3. Why do human relation skill is also called people skills?
Answer: People skills are the tools you use to communicate and interact effectively with others.
Individuals with strong people skills are able to predict behavior, relate to others and socialize easily.
This is also known as soft skill, human skill, interpersonal skills and more. Apparently, for me human
relation skill is also called people skills because it is an ability to work with people, communicate
effectively with others and involve interaction which are relevant and connected to the people skills.
Nevertheless, it helps people work together and socialize as well as have human understanding. This
skill is necessary for the manager because it helps to grasp, lead, motivate, and develop team spirit.
In the other way, human relations skills will help build, keep healthy and balanced relationship at work
in which people need. Furthermore, it is the skill can relate to the people skill because it is a way to
facilitate good relationships and help navigate relationships in professional and social situation.

it handling conflict through communication properly by that it can help us to create better relationship.
Thus, it is called interpersonal skill which part of people skills, know on how to interact appropriately,
expressing appreciation, possess empathy, conflict-resolution, develop communication skill in every
person and this skill should people have and bring people into prosperous life with this skill. So, use,
learn and enhance this skill.

Answer: Technically, human relation is all about interaction with each other, and relationship
between people particularly in a workplace. It is also very essential in our life as they influence our

5. Which is more important to you intelligence or attitude and why?

Answer: Have you ever wonder why the world is full of people who have huge prosper in their lives,
definitely, because of that two aspects. Both mentioned words are the most important elements with
regards to the life, work and as an employee. But if I were to choose between intelligence and
attitude, I would probably go with “Attitude”. Precisely, it is more important for me than intelligence,
with intelligence it may help you in craving different things like problem solving, and usually an
intelligent people who have not lived up to their potential. It may seem as if skill and experience are
the most relevant characteristics of an employee, but attitude plays just as big of a role. Certainly,
attitude is more vital because it will bring more positive opportunities into life, a way in helping to find
a job which possibly you will accept quickly and truly it has everything. It drives virtually every
decision one makes, and tells others that you have the initiative to get the job done, no matter what.
When you have a positive attitude, you see the bright side of your life, become optimistic and expect
the best to happen. Meanwhile, it makes easier to avoid worries and negative thinking. Remember, if
you have the attitude, learning follows, and if you are eager to learn paired with positive attitude will
anything is possible. Additionally, intelligence without attitude is dangerous for the reason that it leads
to all kinds of selfish and destructive actions that are only focused upon self benefit at the expense of
others. Consequently, it is better to have attitude than intelligence. In fact, a good attitude is the start
of a good future at all. Our attitude signifies who we are and what we do. Through attitude, people will
recognize you either you are good or not yet you should possess kindness so that they will like and
admire you. Fortunately, it enables creative thinking, and incorporates motivation. Apart from that, I
strongly choose attitude as more important because it is very applicable to work and significant factor
in the workplace. Organization that cultivate good workplace attitude among their employees improve
the efficiency of communications, achieved better teamwork, and collaboration in the course of work.
With this particular trait, it is assured that the workplace will grow and will continue to productivity. For
instance, in hiring a job the most important is the attitude than intelligent because it serves as a path
to determine if that certain employee or person is deserve and you know who’s that person if he/she
is fit from that work. With attitude, it is automatically shown who you really are as a person, whilst,
some intelligent person will failed because they use only their mind and thinking skills not an attitude.
According to studies, have found that recruitment for promotion in a job is 85% of the time because of
his/her attitude and only 15% of the time because of intelligence and knowledge. So, we can
conclude that attitude is matter at all in the field of job that should not be gone. Moreover, attitude will
help employees to accomplish task faster and in a better manner especially if you positive, and
patient. Eventually, having attitude it helps employees to take better decision in an objective manner,
triggers a healthy thought process, enabling employees to choose wisely and logically. Thus, attitude
enhances work productivity, increases job satisfaction, reduce stress and creates a way for us that
will lead to bigger success in our career.
