• Most of Ilocanos are Roman Catholic

• Bagoong and Tuba are two other industries of Ilocanos

• Their traditions are influenced by frugality. Great sorrow is the meaning of death in
Ilocanos. If the father dies, the wife dresses the deceased alone so that her husband's spirit
can tell her any messages or wish he was not able to convey when he was still alive.

• Kakanin: Puto bungbong , kalamay, kaskaron and baduya.

• The wedding in Ilocano called Buda.

• They dresse Bahag like Igorot style.

• Vegetables : Pansit Gubat (allukun, hinbabau), spinach( kalunay/maraming tinik),


saluyot and bulaklak ng kalabasa.

• Papaitan, Pakbet and Bagoong are the famous food in Ilocano.

• Pamulinawen is the famous song in Ilocano.

• In dance; Balse,Tango, Boogie, and waltz

• Food: Pakbet, Diningding, Inabraw, Kilaw, Papaitan, Dilis, Bagoong, Pasayan o Hibi.
