Strenghts

- Being able to focus on everything that I want to achieve

- I have a hobby of cooking that can be used as a business in the future

Weakness

- Not confident when talking in front of the public

- I am a person who is forgetful
- Less in the activities of the organization

- Able to see opportunities so I can see the business opportunities in the future

 DESCRIPTION BUSINESS

I have plan in the future to be an accounting staff at a biggest company in Indonesia.

After I work for 4 or 5 years. When I have a lot of money by that time, I will quit my job and
start a business restaurant. Because in the future business restaurant have a good prospect and
get many advantages. Moreover I have a hobby of cooking and can to see the business
opportunitie, so I decide open a business restaurant. I will build a small restaurant in the
Jember city and give the name of Harmony Restaurant and which will be managed by
myself.

A small restaurant have many advantages over larger establishments. Because a small
restaurant require less start up capital for equipment, maintain less staff, and cost less in
terms of utilities and maintenan. Even with a small amount of seating, smaller restaurants can
still produce sizeable profits. I will start my business with a capital of One Hundred Million
Rupiah.

Cooking is one thing that is surely enjoyed by many people. This is the main reason
why there are a lot of restaurants no matter where you go. This is because most people do not
just want to earn money, but they simply find pleasure in cooking different delicacies. And
this is the reason why the prospect of the business restaurant in the future will be very nice.
But opening a restaurant is an exciting venture. In order to be successful, as a restaurant
owner should creative and innovative. Harmony restaurant will be located in campus area,
because the outlook for the future in campus area is promising. The menu will be inspired
from korea country and appeal to a diverse clientele. I will make the menu in my restaurant
different from other restaurant, because now many people love Korean Drama. I will choose
a some korean food as the main menu in my restauran. Prices will be competitive with other
upscale restaurants in Jember area. You can get korean food like Jjajangmyeon, Bulgogi,
Kimbap, Tteokbokki, and Miyeok Guk (Korean Kelp Soup). And the drinks like Makgeolli (a
kind of alcoholic beverage from rice), and Soju. And I will provide various desserts every
day.

The longue and restaurant will be open seven days a week. I will offer special theme
nights to attract new customers to my restaurant. The restaurant will be fine dining in a cozy
atmosphere. Warm colors, fresh flowers, soft music, and candles. The service will be relaxed,
very friendly and correct. I will hire the best people available, training, motivating, and
encourage them, and thereby retaining the friendliest most efficient staff possible.
 But now some people prefer delivery order, therefore I will also accept delivery order
because some people lazy to go to the restaurant. And the service will be fast response, when
the cutomers order through the mobile phone. My staff will deliver the order.

However, it is the stategy of harmony restaurant to give a perception of higher value

than its competitors, through the menu, service, and any others.

But the next 5 years, restaurant fast food like KFC, Pizza Hut, and any others. More
have a good prospect and will be more attractive rather than korean food, because the
restaurant fast food more efficient. Moreover the price more cheaper rather than korean food
