Table 1 shows the sample distribution by track. Tables 2-4 define scales for practical skill scoring and academic performance. Tables 5-7 present the mean scores and comparisons by track for practical skills and academic performance. Table 8 shows there is no significant relationship between overall practical skills and academic performance. Figure 1 displays the conceptual paradigm of variables in the study.
