Port Calls
• Consumptions – All Port consumptions, distance, time manoeuvring to be entered.
• Use all events within a Port Call such as FWE (Finished with Engine), Berthed All Fast, Left Berth,
SWE (Standby with Engine), Manoeuvring, Anchorage, Discharging Commenced/Completed etc.
• Ensure ROBs, Distance, Time, Consumption is added to the event/port statement of fact
whenever possible.
• Manouevring Events are to be used, and distance and consumption and dates/time must be
filled.
• Do not double report consumption.
• Use FWE just before ‘Berthed All Fast’ to record ROB.
• Use SWE just before ‘Left Berth’ to record ROB

Bunkers
Bunkering Activity can be within a LoadPort/Disport/Any other activity, or, if a port call has been made ONLY
for Bunkering, then use the ‘BUNKERPORT’ Activity type. Use ‘De-bunkering’ if offloading fuel from bunker
tanks.

• Activities should be recorded chronologically

• All Port calls should have an EOSP event and FAOP Event. All activities should be completed
fully, and no field left blank. There must be a start and end ROB, along with records of
consumption daily.
• Typically, a vessel will have a Loadport (enter events) -> Sea Passage -> Disport
• If a vessel leaves from a Port call to drift/anchorage. When finished the ‘Port Call’, add an
‘FAOP’. Then create either the anchored/drifting/sea passage/ any other activity that is
required. Start this activity with an ‘EOSP’ event. This is to keep a consecutive order to all
events.
• If the vessel is staying anchored in port limits, then add the anchorage event after the ‘left
berth’ and report using the statement of facts within the port call. Ensure Manoeuvring from
Berth to Anchorage area is recorded.
