Before start activities:
Once the ASP is on site, the following process should be
applied
• Team leader should call the ATM front Office
Installation (0661040014 / 0661040187) to inform that we are
going to work on the site
Preparation • If there is no answer from front office call immediately
the IM/Roll out Manager

• Collect all the alarms before starting Any Activities


(Alarms Print screen)

• Check OHS with RSA team for work Permit: the ASP
team should contact the RSA center for OHS work
Permit (Mandatory Action) otherwise the ASP team
will not be authorized to work on site

ATM Ericsson ASP
Rollback: In case during the Modernization process there would be any
problem to put on service the site (i.e. integration) the rollback process must be
activated.
This process must be triggered according to RAN Integration team and
Implementation Management only when is sure that is not possible
troubleshoot in the Cutover window. The rollback will be validated by Customer
(ATM)
1. Ask Customer for green light to proceed with the rollback
2. Re install the old equipment in its original situation.

3. Call Integration team to bring up the existing equipment back on-air. X

4. Make test call and make sure the existing equipment is working
properly

Note: It must be considered that there will be typologies where the rollback
process will be very difficult or impossible, for example if in modernization the
old Equipment has been removed by a crane from the site. In these case we
should go on with the troubleshooting until solve the problem

Rollback: In case during the Upgrade capacity process there would be any problem to put on service the links (i.e.
integration) the rollback process must be activated.
This process must be triggered according to Trans Integration team and Implementation Management only when is sure
that is not possible troubleshoot in the Cutover window. The rollback will be validated by Customer (ATM)
