Modul e Surat Tawaran Bersyarat (e Letter Counter Offer Letter)


a. Setiap Surat Tawaran Bersyarat (COL) yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak EFTB akan disalurkan terus kepada Para Wakil yang
berkenaan melalui modul ini. Para Wakil boleh memuat turun Surat Tawaran Bersyarat ini untuk diberikan kepada
Pelanggan.
b. ‘Surat Peringatan Surat Tawaran Bersyarat’ juga akan diberikan kepada Para Wakil melalui modul yang sama.

Modul Carian Maklumat Sijil (Certificate Enquiry Module)


a. Modul ini membolehkan Para Wakil untuk membuat carian maklumat sijil-sijil Takaful pelanggan anda dengan cepat dan
mudah. Carian maklumat sijil boleh dibuat mengikut No. Sijil, Status Sijil, Nama Pelanggan atau No. Kad Pengenalan
Pelanggan.

Kalkulator Persistensi Rolling Block (Persistency Calculator Rolling Block)


a. Para Wakil boleh mengawas selia Kadar Ketegaran Tahun Pertama (Rolling Block) di dalam modul terbaru ini. Para Wakil
dapat menyemak secara terperinci senarai sijil-sijil yang perlu dikuatkuasakan semula (reinstate) untuk memperbaiki
Kadar Ketegaran Tahun Petama dari keadaan sedia ada ke tahap yang lebih baik.
b. Modul ini juga membolehkan Para Wakil memantau Kadar Ketegaran Tahun Kedua perniagaan mereka dan juga
memperbaiki Kadar Ketegaran tersebut dengan menguatkuasakan semula sijil-sijil berkaitan yang telah lapsed.

Produksi FYCC
a. Para Wakil boleh melihat Produksi FYCC mengikut kelayakkan Kelab (Achievers, Producers, President & Chairman) pada
skrin pertama dan pada skrin kedua Wakil boleh melihat Produksi FYCC mengikut kelayakkan MDRT, COT dan TOT.
b. Untuk kelayakkan Kelab, hanya 10% FYCC sahaja diambil kira untuk Ad Hoc Top Up dan Regular Top Up Rider.
Manakala, untuk pengiraan MDRT, Produksi FYCC untuk Ad Hoc Top Up dan Regular Top Up Rider diambil kira 100%.
c. Produksi FYCC yang dipaparkan di dalam EPP ini hanya sebagai garis panduan untuk mencapai kelayakkan Kelab atau
MDRT. Keputusan muktamad bergantung kepada laporan kelayakkan yang akan dikeluarkan oleh pihak FTA nanti.
