Daniel 7: “A Panorama of Bible Prophecy” 11/22/20

* Kings and kingdoms will rise and fall according to God’s sovereign will
until the Son of Man established God’s everlasting kingdom on earth.

1. The Kingdoms of Ancient History (V.1-7a, 15-17)

- Ps. 119:18; Is. 17:12-13; Dan. 2:37-38; 8:20, 21; Ps. 18:30

2. The Kingdom of the Antichrist (V.7b-8, 11-12, 19-21, 23-26)

- Zech. 1:18; Dan. 9:26; 2 Thess. 2:3; Rev. 13; 1 Jn. 2:18;
Dan. 11:36-39; Rev. 13:1-8; 19:20 (12:6; 13:5); 1 Thess. 5:2

3. The Kingdom of the Ancient of Days (V.9-14, 18, 22, 27)

- Rev. 19; 20:12; Ps. 2:1-4; Rev. 4-5; 20-22

* Now that we’ve seen God’s panoramic “wide format” picture of Bible prophecy,
will we stand around admiring the view or, following Daniel’s example (V.28),
will we be rightly alarmed at what we’ve seen and warn everyone we can of
the approaching danger as well as the “sunny days” ahead for God’s people?
