2001
- Introduced Smart Card and Biometric Fingerprint Solutions
2005-2007
- Launched MyKad Key Ring & Enforcement Reader.
2008-2009
- Developed Mobile Gen-I Kiosks for telco prepaid reload and digital photo
printing.
- Rolled out Photo Printing Kiosks for Eastman Kodak worldwide.
- Introduced kiosks for Nokia content downloads.
2010-2014
- Set up bill payments kiosks.
- Self-service Kiosk for prepaid reload, bill payments and bus ticketing.
- Launched and managed AirAsia Airline ticketing counters in Malaysia.
2015-2017
- Developed mobile applications for telco prepaid reload, bill payments and bus
ticketing.
- Set up auto top-up kiosks for telco prepaid reload.
- Obtained approval from BNM as an authorised payment gateway provider.
2018-2019
- Certified PCI DSS (Level 1) compliant.
- Launched UChat, the first Malaysian 2-in-1 messaging and e-wallet app.

In recent years, I-Serve has been trying to expand its business throughout the
Asia Pacific region. Among the countries that have become business partners
are from China, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Nepal, Australia,
USA, and so forth. In Malaysia, I-serve have been known by a variety of
multimedia and technology company that provides direct services to clients.
AirAsia Berhad is one of the largest business partner I-Serve. I-Serve alone was
given special approval to provide air tickets sold through the kiosk machine in
AirAsia Sales Office at the LCCT and KL Central. A lot of ticket sales for the
past few years attempted to make I-Serve is authorized to open his own AirAsia
counter at a big shopping complex where there are more people coming.

I-Serve kiosk at Kl Central for AirAsia:
The company has been in business for 17 years and has make good profits
every year to qualify itself for listing (expected 2019). I-serve has sell products
which are good in demand and won several awards. E-Money Issuance &
Merchant Acquiring Services Licenses from Bank Negara. I-serve recorded a
massive RM 640 Million in turnover and a profit of RM 30 Million. Never missed
a payment to investors, month after month - on the dot payments. Company is
valued at approximately RM100 Million.
