Minutes of the meeting for 2021 1st Semester IPCR Rating of the City Economic Management and
Cooperative Development Office was held on August 5, 2021 at CEMCDO Conference Room.

Quality Management System (QMS) Ms. Gladys Jimenez

Agenda:
1. Review and approval of IPCR rating

Preliminaries:
● The meeting started at 10:50 am.
● The prayer was led by Ms. Gladys Jimenez
● Mr. Leonard Betonio, Jr. presided over the meeting.
● Mr. Betonio will prepare a statistics report of ratings for each division.

Highlights:
● For Special Projects, Cooperative, and Tourism, there were minimal corrections and adjustments
to scores, but IPCR final ratings were already approved by DPMT after revisions.

● There were corrections for IDRS:

- Ratings are per SI, not per activity. No final ratings yet.
- To include SI on Admin Section
● There were also minimal corrections and adjustments to scores for Investment and Admin but no
final ratings yet since they did not provide ratings for ‘Admin Section’.

● To reschedule review and approval of IPCR ratings for IDRS, Admin, and Investment.

● Final ratings of Division Chiefs are all subject to DH’s approval.

● The meeting was adjourned at 1:30 pm.
