BUILDING CONTRACT IN INDIA

Further to our recent discussion in my office regarding the building contract on

India, I am to inform you that work on this steel factory will begin some time during the
next 3 months.

During the past year, the number of orders received by our company has
increased by almost 10%. This figure includes overseas orders, and of course, all the
customers who have placed orders with us for several years. As you will understand, it
is important that we maintain the same high standards and in order to do this, we think it
is necessary for you to discuss several financial statements with the accountant.

We enclose a new set of figures for the material & new equipment needed for the
premises. We feel sure you will agree that these figures are more correct than the
estimates which you received last month.
