GREAT
LEADER?

Understand your leadership style


1 - It's critical to recognize your present leadership style. What
are your advantages? What areas do you think could use
some work? Are these characteristics assisting or
obstructing your leadership? You can start looking for
strategies to improve your leadership talents once you've
established which areas require improvement.

2 Be a Role Model
- Another of transformative leadership's four important
components is idealized influence. The habits and attributes that
transformational leaders inspire in their followers are exemplified
by them. They don't just talk the talk; they walk the walk. As a
result, members of the organization look up to these leaders and
want to replicate their actions.

Be Compassionate
3 - Great leaders aren't just concerned with getting their team
members to complete duties; they care deeply about the
projects they work on.

Listen and Communicate Effectively


4 - A focus on one-on-one communication with group
members is another crucial characteristic of transformative
leadership. When leaders are able to communicate their
vision to followers, who are then inspired and driven by it,
transformational leadership is effective. Good leaders
should show genuine concern and care for their followers,
both verbally and nonverbally.

Be Optimistic

5 - Leaders that are transformational have a cheerful, optimistic


attitude that inspires their people. Members of the group are
prone to become uninspired if the leaders appear dejected or
disinterested.
Maintain a cheerful attitude even when circumstances appear
dark and your followers become discouraged.

Encourage People to Make Contributions
- Make it clear to your team members that you value their input.
Leaders that urge group members to participate are known as
democratic or participatory leaders. While they have final
authority over all decisions, they encourage team members to
participate actively in the development of ideas and strategies.

For us, a great leader is selfless, visionary, perceptive,


truthful, resourceful, and competent of managing. One of
the ways in which a leader's leadership can be
demonstrated is through his or her ability to be smart,
strategic, and strong. Understands how to listen to
constituents and accepts flaws. It encourages its
members to believe in themselves as though he or she is
the one motivating them. He/she clearly communicates to
his team what they aim to accomplish and where they
need to focus their efforts.

Flexible
7 - The plan is adjusted to the present situation by a flexible leader.
Adaptable to change and open to new ideas. There is an immediate
planning work that must be completed.

Collaboration leadership style


8 - For doing project planning, collaboration when there are connections
with different industries or organizations is necessary. This is done
when a large number of people are involved in the idea and are working
to improve it, as well as to establish a good relationship with your
partners and avoid project issues.
