Printable diorama

You can make a Flip-Side scene with Yoshi!

A miniature handcrafted world made by you!

For this artsty-craftsy activity, you can create an amazing diorama like one you might find in the Yoshi’s Crafted
World game. You can even design the Flip-Side of the diorama to show what’s going on behind the scenes!

Materials needed:
Paper, Tape, Glue, Cereal Box and Scissors*
*Kids, ask a grown-up for help with scissors!

Instructions:
Click the Download and Print button, then open the file on your computer and print.

1 Print out all three pieces of paper.

2 On the page with the main scene, carefully cut along the dotted lines to remove the white borders.
3 Cut along the dotted lines of the house, leaving a one-inch flap at the top of the green paper plate.
4 Take an empty cereal box (or a box around that same size) and carefully cut out the back panel.
5 Cut out a door-shaped flap on the front of cereal box.
6 Tape or paste the main scene onto the cereal box.
7 Cut out the characters and items from the printed sheets. Use them to decorate to Flip-Side of your diorama.
You can even use everyday household items to decorate the scene, like plastic cups and string!
