TIKTOK NATIONAL COMPETITION

Mechanics and Criteria

1. Each section/strand must have two (2) entries. From Grade 7-12.
2. Participants are free to choose their tiktok music and desired country to
represent.
3. A maximum of three (3) participants should be in a one frame. Compliance
with a minimum public health protocols such as wearing of face mask and at
least one meter of social distancing should be strictly observed. If there is
only one participant, wearing of face mask is unnecessary.
4. Duration time in a performance must be a minimum of 3 minutes and a
maximum of 5 minutes.
5. Each entry must depict the theme of the United Nations Celebration 2021.
“Building resilience through hope – to recover from COVID-19, rebuild
sustainability, and respond to the needs of the planet.
6. The Tiktok National Dance must be submitted to their adviser on or before
October 26, 2021.
7. Each entry will be rated according to the following:

Thematic Relevance
(How well the video interprets the theme) 30%
Creativity
(How the subject matter was presented in a lively, originally and entertaining way)
40%
Technical Excellence
(Grades the clarity of message and the quality of the video)
30%
