ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT

QUARTERLY PARENTS RECOGNITION

Dedicated to promoting distance learning support to its learners, Anao High

School recognized parents who made the best at-home learning space for their
children. During the parents meeting, Anao High School initiated the recognition to
motivate parents in their role as partner learning facilitators of teachers in the new
normal.

For every classroom, every parent is a candidate, out of these entries, the
teacher adviser, led by the School Level Grade Chairman., selected the top three
winners with the most creative, economical, and functional learning spaces at home. At-
home learning space factors such as area, ventilation, lighting, facilities, and support of
family were considered during the selection process.

Aside from the actual recognition, the Anao High School Head Teachers also
conducted virtual technical assistance, stakeholders’ orientation, and provision of
learning packages during the span of the project.

According to the principal, Raquel G. Bautista, the project led to more active parent
engagement for the school while the families enjoyed closer ties and experienced
academic ease and flexibility.

Raquel G. Bautista, the principal of Anao High School lauded the effort during the
recent Virtual SLAC Session and even urged teachers to continue the project.
