1.2. Company Description

RAJA J.S.C. is the largest regional public operator in Romania in the field of
drinking water supply and waste water purification and serves more than
three million beneficiaries in the counties of Constanta, Ialomița, Calarasi,
Ilfov, Dâmbovița, Brașov and Bacău.

RAJA J.S.C. is a founding member of the Romanian Water Association and,


at the same time, a company providing water and sewerage services in
Romania, a member of IWA (International Water Association).
1.3. Legal form of organization

The Constanta County Autonomous Water Authority is a joint stock


company, in which the main shareholder is the Constanta City Council
holding 3.273.543 shares, representing 99,09971% of the company's share
capital.

class includes the abstraction, treatment, and distribution of water, and
desalination of seawater, in order to obtain fresh water (as the main
