Seminar Preparations
Throughout the seminar, our teachers will be sharing a lot of mind-blowing ideas, tools
and best practices. We highly recommend that you set the environment around to
support your journey this weekend.

Here are a few suggestions that will help you get the most out of this weekend:

● Keep our meeting link handy: We recommend you put the Zoom link in your
calendar, or somewhere handy so you are ready to go.
● Arrive Early: Please note we will open the webinar a few minutes before to make
sure everyone is on and ready to start promptly at 8AM (PT) / 4PM (CET) on
Saturday and 5PM (CET) on Sunday (the US is moving back to standard time that
weekend).
● Self-care: Slow down, get plenty of rest outside of our seminar times, set aside
time for self care, nourish your body, and remember to stretch. Find a place to
settle in where you are seated upright in a comfortable chair and wear
comfortable clothing.
● Eliminate distractions: Honor the work we are doing together during this
weekend. To help you get centered, please take a moment to turn off all devices
and notifications.

As we will be meeting virtually, you want to make sure you are all set from a technical
perspective as well.

We recommend the following practices for the best Zoom experience:


● Restart your computer before joining the seminar
● Make sure you have the most updated Zoom software
● Quit any programs not needed during live classes
● Use a comfortable headset or headphones during the session
● Remove or turn off sound generating devices (phones, alarms, music)
● Should you choose to be on video when asking questions live, check your lighting
so that your face is visible and not shaded or backlit

How to Interact During the Session:


During Q&A, you are welcome to “raise your hand” to comment or ask a question live.

If connected by video:
● Click on the “Participants” button in the toolbar at the bottom of the Zoom
window
● Click on the “Raise Hand” button at the bottom of this panel
● A hand icon will appear next to your name in the list
Throughout the call, you may use the Chat feature to share comments
● Click on the “Chat” icon in the toolbar at the bottom of the Zoom window
● Type in your message

Lorenzo Delano
Exercise Physiologist & Co-Founder of 10x by
Mindvalley

Lorenzo Delano is a certified personal trainer, exercise


physiologist, and the architect of many of Mindvalley’s
most popular programs across a variety of fields -
including health and fitness, longevity, philosophy, and
peak performance. His credentials include a science of
exercise certificate from the University of Colorado, a
personal trainer national certificate from ETA college, and
nutrition biochemistry and functional blood chemistry
certifications from Dr. Dicken Weatherby and Dr. Brian
Walsh.

Ajit Nawalkha
Co-founder of Evercoach by Mindvalley and Grit
Institute

Born to a middle-income family in Jaipur, Ajit grew up in


an extended family of 23 other people under one roof.
Space and money were scarce, and so as a little boy, he
dreamt of abundance, making a decision to plant
himself where he could grow.
From starting as a trainee in a non-profit, he has since
held various roles including as CEO of Mindvalley,
Co-founder of Mindvalley Teach, Co-founder of Global
Grit Institute and Co-founder of EPIC Businesses.

Dr. Amy Killen
Leading Anti-aging and Regenerative Medicine
Physician

Dr. Amy Killen is a leading anti-aging and regenerative

Jelena Lakic
10X Coach

Jelena Lakic is a full-time 10X coach specialising in fat loss

All attendees will be added to the Body for Life

If you don’t have access to the Connections App yet, here is how you can access the

● Download Mindvalley Connections App from the App Store for iOS or Google Play
