B. Recall your most memorable teacher who had the greatest impact on your life? What special personal
qualities did he/she possess? Write them down.

These is going to be a hard time for me remembering my teacher who brought greatest impact in my
life. She, is my teacher in history when I was in grade 10, her name Is Gladys Mendez. But I cannot
only consider her as a teacher but also a mother of mine.

She is very passionate performing her duty. How she stands to the class and deliver the content of
materials is peace of confidence that she is obtaining Every time. Her efforts in teaching are
uncommentable. She looks so serious, as she steps on the class, but she knew how to take a joke and
makes the discussion alive. Aside form that she is a teacher who is full of encouragement, I remember
the day where there’s a pageantry contest, I was the one whom my section wanted to be their
representative. It would be my first time if I do. I don’t hesitate to say no and explain my reason to
them. I have insecurities about my skin color, only my friend knows that I have a large spot of ‘’balat”
in my body and that is my biggest weakness so I’m not able to join. When my teacher knows
everything, she develops more courage to push me in joining. She said that I have to conquer my fear,
and she will support along the way. I saw in her eyes that she really believes in me. Well then, I joined.
She helps me in providing my needs and most importantly a word of positivity that I bought along the
way. I am very thankful to her for putting courage before me, I got the title at the pageantry. But more
than the title I more blessed because I had a teacher like her who’s willing to help and develop the
potential of the students. This is the start where I realize that I like to be like her who had an open arm
in molding the student abilities.

But sadly, her career ended up, because he passed away trough Covid 19 virus.
