Jet Lag is a temporary sleep problem which affects someone who crosses multiple time zones
at once. It is a condition which affects the body’s circadian rhythm. A person who travels from
GMT (London) to EST (Toronto) will feel Jet Lag as they crossed multiple time zones. There
will be a 5 hour difference between each timezones hence jet lag will be felt.
