hi, my name is naila fakhirah, i'm from class 10-cooking1. I will explain my favorite food, my favorite
food is ayam penyet, why i really like the ayam penyet? because the taste is very unique from the taste of
the chicken that has been seasoned first and the sambal is very spicy. I will explain the seasoning of the
sambal The first thing we need to make chili sauce is cayenne pepper, garlic, and doused in hot oil.
Usually I order chicken breast. Besides that, I like to order additional menus, namely tahu and tempe. the
place I often buy to buy chicken penyet is waroeng Kuy. What I like about sambal penyet compared to
other chili sauces is that the sambal penyet is very strong in garlic. for those who sell chicken penyet too
many, even artists, influencers and youtubers also sell it. I aspire, I'm making my own ayam penyet shop,
because let me eat it with satisfaction. Actually what's special about chicken penyet is the sambal. Not all
of the sambal fits in the mouth anymore. sometimes something is less salty, less spicy, there is even a
