As Mechnine Application Operations Specialist & Equipment Health
(May 1, 2009 – Present )
Responsibility:
 Generate report and analysis of machine application and operation assessment
indicators (i.e. payload distribution, cycle time, fuel consumption, haul road
severity index and operator induced events) to understand actual practice (vs. as
stated in contract term) and as possible component life limiting factor.
 Work and communicate with customer to improve practices by having severity
and machine application & operation as per contract agreement that will improve
customer's production, machine reliability and component life
 Using ET, Vims & TPMS Caterpillar Software to download & Review all data based
on actual component condition.
 Collect PIP/PSP information from CAT, maintain, and control the completion of
PIP/PSP.
 Provide and responsible for providing Technical Support to internal and external
customers.
 Implement SHE activities in the working place (including the contamination
control implementation).
