Content Creation Intern

Dear Kee on Sports Media Group,

I am interested in applying for the position of content creation intern. I learned of the position
through indeed, and I found that many of the qualification fit many of my strong suits. I am
interested in all the positions that you offer including a sports columnist, game recap writer, live
stream host, podcast host, and color commentator. I have experience in writing as I have taken a
class dedicated to beat writing at Coastal Carolina University so I would excel at being a
columnist or writing game recaps. I also have experience in color commentating because in I
commentated the varsity basketball games in high school. I can provide the experience and
enthusiasm to play a key role in this exciting program.
I have been a passionate sports fan for about 10 years as I have heavily followed the main four of
the MLB, NFL, NBA, and NHL. I have used this knowledge to write many beat articles and
game recaps. I would also thrive in talking about a game recap through a podcast as I have often
thought about starting myself. I have great experience in color commentating as I have
commentated on every home basketball game during my senior year of high school. I am also a
great leader as I can identify problems or mistakes and fix them in an individual or group setting.
My goal is to be a successful beat writer, columnist, podcaster, and worker in the sports industry.
I have great experience in this field and with that experience, I believe it would be a perfect fit.
