In conclusion, in our view, though changes have been made but there is still room for changes

by AEON CO.(M) BHD company managers whether it is changes in terms of people,


structure or technology in the organization.

First, make structural changes that include relations between authorities, centralized
cooperative relations, changes in terms of similar organizational structure in the form of
employment. this is because it can be seen in the way they work in their organization using
their top management for lower management and will but make arrangements based on its
function even using the concept of lower centralization in their decision making made by
superiors like their board management,and these changes can be seen in group organizations
where their concepts can be seen to have relatively stable processes and communications.
They have trained specific skills to their employees such as soft skills that can improve
communication between them and a stable process. Also do the formation of their team from
a variety of different characteristics and make them have strong relationships that can give
the best results in maintaining the success of their organization.

Second, in the handling of engineering work processes, reorganization has been done in the
hope that broader areas other than job specialization should be reduced in the work team. We
can see the change this as a way of creating a working team where it goes beyond the lines of
the department making it possible to understand the problem well and be able to solve the
problem to avoid quarrels between them.

The third is a modification of the way they work or the methods of equipment used
because some AEON managers use changing technology management which is a way to
continually improve the wisdom or expertise in their services. so this change will be directed
to make things work more flexibly. Aims to support better quality operations as well as their
employees who are committed to making continuous improvements to find things that need
to be improved from time to time. Job processing needs to be maintained accordingly and
requires a higher commitment to educating and training employees more diligently.

Lastly ,in organizations can be seen making changes in resolving some conflicts that occur in
organizations that occur in individuals such as individual or organizational stress, although
there is pressure they can control their mistakes and can reduce their stress among employees
to maintain success in the organization.
