Player Technical Assessment and Evaluation

1. JUGGLING
Beginner – In 30 seconds, player juggles the ball using the feet. The player can catch the ball and continue juggling. If
the ball drops, reset the count.
Intermediate – In 30 seconds, player juggles the ball using alternating foot. Juggling MUST be always alternating foot.
The player can catch the ball and continue the juggling. If the ball drops, reset the count.
Advanced – In 30 seconds, player juggles the ball using alternating foot. If the ball drops, reset the count.

2. BALL MASTERY 1 (Toe Taps)


Beginner-Advanced – In 30 seconds, player taps the ball with sole of the foot left and right inside a 4-cone square
(distance is 1 step apart). If the ball goes out of the square, reset the count.

3. BALL MASTERY 2 (Inside-Inside)


Beginner-Advanced – In 30 seconds, player taps the ball with sole of the foot left and right inside a 4-cone square
(distance is 1 step apart). If the ball goes out of the square, reset the count.

4. DRIBBLING
Player dribble thru 5 cones (5 cone set up, distance from each cone is 1 step). If a player hits a cone, +1 second to the
time. Time to bit:
Beginner – 12 seconds
Intermediate – 10 seconds
Advanced – 8 seconds

5. SPEED DRIBBLING
Beginner-Advanced – 2 cone setup with distance of 2 steps. In 30 seconds, player dribble around the cones (figure of
8 dribbling). 1 dribble around the cone = 1pt.

6. SPEED PASSING
Beginner-Advanced – 2 cone setup (distance of cones is 2 steps apart) in front of a wall/rebounder (distance of the
markers from the wall/rebounder is 1 step. For 30 seconds, player passes the ball to the wall/rebounder with
alternating foot. The player MUST always be behind the 2 markers. A pass will not be counted if the player goes in
front of the markers. If the ball goes outside the passing zone, reset count.

NOTE: ALL technical tests will have 3 trials each. We will get the highest score for each of the technical test.
