A. Learning objectives
By the end of the lesson
 Students will be able to describe acts of expressing congratulations to others they have learned.

 Students will be able to read and write about the short text about congratulations.
B. Learning Step

Preliminary Activities
(3 miniutes)
 The teacher opens the lesson by saying Salam and greeting the students.
 The teacher asked students to fill the attendance in the link that was sent to the WhatsApp
group.
Core Activities
(7 minutes)
Observe
 The teacher played a video that related to today’s material. And ask students to guess what
the video is about.
Associating
 The teacher continued the lesson by explaining the understanding of the topic about expressing
congratulations.
 Then teacher wants students to read the dialogue with their friend.
Questioning
 After being explained and read, the teacher asks the students to practice and make the correct
expression of congratulations.
Networking
 The teacher asked students to conclude the material for today.
Closing Activities
(5 minutes)
 The teacher gives students homework and collected next week.

 The teacher motivates the students to love English and love the lesson and do more
exercises at home
 The teacher closes the lesson by saying greetings and salam.

school. Udin congratulates her and wishes her for the best with her studies.
