Have an empty label of a food product you often eat. Consider the following guide questions
to find out what you could get out of the food item.
Ingredients: WHEAT FLOUR, COCONUT OIL, VEGETABLE SHORTENING (COCONUT AND PALM OIL),
COCONUT OIL, IODIZED SALT, SUGAR, SODIUM BICARBONATE, YEAST.
5. As shown under Nutrition Facts panel, list the nutrient content by weight and by % of daily value

6. Check in the Nutrition Fact panel which of the Nutrient has 5%, 10%, and 20% daily values.
7. If you are using this product, would you continue to buy it after you have analyzed its content?
Why?
Yes, I will continue to buy and eat this product after I analyzed its content and it’s more
convincing now to buy it because of the nutrients that are present in the product. It contains fat,
carbohydrate, fiber, protein, and sodium, that are essential to our body.
