Manual Dry ice Blasting Units - single tube or bi-tube (Venturi)

Dry Ice technology blasting is the industry standard for

removing vulcanised rubber leftovers tire molds: no other
technology offers the same advantage
in terms of cost/benefit.
The whole process is non-abrasive, so the dry ice blast
cleaning will not wear the molds or open critical tool
tolerances, while virtually no maintenance of tools
is required. Dry Ice blasting is also the preferred cleaning method for "micro
vents" - sandblasting is not possible, and laser is not recommended.
This reduces the need for hand drilling of plugged vents.

We offer a complete range of Dry Ice blasters and pelletizers, including all
machinery and equipment required to produce, store, handle, blast dry ice.

Our wide range of blasters includes monotube and bi-tube ones, for standard
applications or for micro cleaning, using pellets, flakes, dry ice dust, starting from
blocks or pellets, pneumatic only or electro-pneumatic versions.

Ultrasonic Nozzles can be custom produced according to the requirements; we
Nozzle have the technical expertise to design ultrasonic nozzles for specific
applications.

Our pelletizers make it possible to produce standard 3mm pellets or

blocks of dry ice from liquid Co2, with different capacity according to
the usage.
We provide a whole set of disposable or re-usable containers to store,
handle and transport Dry Ice.

Dry Ice We can also give you training on Dry Ice technology and usage, with
a specific focus on tire mold maintenance.
