Introduction

Camella Homes, Inc. was formerly known as C&P Homes, Inc. and changed its name to Camella Homes,
Inc. in March 2009. The company was founded in 1977 and is based in Mandaluyong City, the
Philippines. As of April 25, 2007, Camella Homes, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Vista Land & Lifescapes,
Inc. Camella is the largest homebuilder in Philippines real estate industry.
