Chapter 4

PRESENTATION OF RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

Introduction

Provide an introduction about results and discussions.

Results
The results section is a section containing a description about the main findings
of a research. The first paragraph of the results should be dedicated to the major
findings that answer your overall research problems.

Discussion
Discussion section interprets the results for readers and provides the
significance of the findings. This provides logical explanation for the results from
the study. The explanations are often reached by comparing and contrasting the
results to prior studies findings, citations from previous studies discussed in the
literature review generally can be stated again.

Present here the results and discussion of your project based on the stated problems. Results
mean what you have found in your project and should be supported by tables, graphs, etc. What
you have found in Problem1, Problem2, and so on would be the results. Each result should have
an equivalent discussion as interpretation of the results. Results must be written in past tense.
