    1. FOOD PREPARATION AREA- the food preparation area is critical because raw foods are placed in this section. It
    is important that this area has its specific sink for washing. Typically, this area should be near the storage to minimize
    movement.

    2. Anthropometrics is the study of the human body and its movements, especially in terms of its measurements, but
    ergonomics is the scientific discipline that involves designing products and environments to match the individuals
    who use them.
