BUSINESS ENGLISH DIALOGUE

Rindi and Risna, representatives of the Angkasa Group, a company
engaged in Drink and beverage production, visited one of the most well-
known advertising companies, Angkasa Group. When they arrived at the
Angkasa Group building, Rindi and Risna were greeted by Tiara.
Tiara: "Good morning sir, can I help you?"
Rindi : “Morning, I want to meet Mrs. Winda.”
Tiara: "Sorry, did you make an appointment?"
Rindi: "I have made an appointment with her, Risna, please give us
a letter of agreement with Mrs. Winda !"
Risna: "Okay miss, sorry, this is our agreement letter with Mrs
Winda as the manager here."
Tiara : "Thank you miss, please enter this way."

Then they walked together to Winda room. After they arrived

Rindi knocked on the door of Winda room.
Tiara : "Excuse me sir, I want to tell you that Mrs Rindi wants to
see you."
Winda : "Okay, Please come in Tiara."
Rindi and Risna entered and were immediately greeted by Winda.
Winda : " Good morning , please sit down sir, Tiara please make a
drink for them.!'
Rindi : "Morning Mrs Winda, I want to make an advertisement
about the products of my company, how can I do that, sir?"
 Winda : "Of course sir, it’s very possible, but I need to see first
about the product details and the concept you want."
Rindi : "Of course sir, Risna, please give me the documents."
Risna; "This the document."
Tiara: “Okay sir, I will learn the contents of the document and will
discuss it with my team. I'll get back to you later for further discussion."
Rindi : "Okay sir, then I'll excuse, thank you."
Winda : "Let me take you there."

Rindi and Risna left the wijaya Group office. After that, Winda
immediately said Tiara to contact Hisni so that she could immediately go
to his room.
Winda : "Tiara, please contact Mrs. Hisni to come to my room
immediately."
Tiara: "Okay sir"
Tiara contacted Hisni as soon as she was instructed.
Tiara "Good morning sir, sorry to interrupt, I would like to inform
that Mrs. Hisni must meet Mrs. Winda in her room, thank you “
."
Hisni : "Thank you Tiara, I will be there soon."

After that , Hisni arrived at Winda's room.

Hisni; "Good morning , can I help you?"
Winda: “Mrs Hisni, the Wijaya group wants to make an
advertisement about one of its products, for details, you can read this
document first. I hope you can find a good idea, in 2 days you can give
me a file regarding the idea, and I hope there will be a meeting with
Amel directly who will review this project, please prepare well”
Hisni: "Okay sir ."

Two days later Hisni was in the meeting room with Winda to
report the results of an advertising idea to be made for Angkasa Group
products.
Hisni : "Good morning sir, I will to convey an idea about the
advertising project that you command yesterday."
Winda: "Oh yes, please."
Hisni : "In my opinion, because the product that will be advertised
is a fresh drink with various fruit flavors, what if the advertisement is
made with a summer party theme."
Winda : "Hmm, I think it's good too, so what are the details?"
Hisni: “My suggestion is that we have a teen themed summer party
with a beach location, for the artist we need to show active teenagers.”
Winda: "Okay, for more details you can prepare and we will
present it in Three days in front of Mrs. Amel."
Hisni: "Okay miss”

Three days later , Amel and Nisa with Winda and Tiara and Hisni
held a meeting to discuss advertising ideas that Hisni had previously
worked on.
 Amel: "Good morning everyone, how is the advertising design for
Wijaya Group's products?"
Winda: "Yes sir, that will be presented by Hisni."
Amel: "Then, please Hisni present it immediately."
Hisni: "Okay sir, thank you. So, based on the product details that I
have seen, the product is a fresh drink with various fruit flavors, so how
about a summer party-themed advertisement?”
Amel: "Yes, I agree, then what next?"
Hisni: "Later on in the advertisement, it will be made like a
summer party by being located in a swimming pool and for the artist
later we need teenagers to give the impression of active, happy and free
teenagers."
Amel : “Hmm, interesting and good. But, does anyone have
another opinion?"
Nisa : "Sorry sir, how about the party being held on the beach, so
that it gives the impression of summer and freedom."
Amel: "Very good, Hisni what do you think?"
Hisni: "I think it's also very good sir."
Amel: "Okay Hisni and Nisa you will work on the details of the ad,
and then you will give the file to Mrs Winda and it will be presented to
Mrs. Putri."
Nisa & Hisni: "Okay miss ."
Amel: " you contact Mrs. Putri, to continue the discussion about
this cooperation in the future."
Hisni: "Okay sir."
Amel: "And Nisa, don't forget to contact Mrs. Rindi to arrange a
meeting."
 Nisa: "Okay sir, I will contact her as soon as possible."
Amel: "Then the meeting is over, thank you everyone."

Amel left the meeting room.

Winda : Hisni, please send the file tomorrow to Tiara."
Hisni: "Okay sir."

Then Nisa contacted Rindi through Risna

Nisa: "Good afternoon."
Risna : "Good afternoon, I am Risna as Putri's secretary, can I help
you?"
Nisa : "I am Nisa, secretary from Amel, from wijaya Group, I want
to contact Mrs. Rindi."
Risna: "Okay wait a minute I will connect the phone."
Nisa; "Okay, thank you."
Putri: "I'm Rindi, can I help you?"
Nisa: "Good morning Mrs Rindi, I'm Nisa, a representative from
Wijaya Group, I want to make an appointment with you for further
discussion regarding the cooperation in making advertisements
yesterday, do you have time?"
Rindi : “Oh sure. How about 24 june at Café Posthumous at 09.00?
Nisa: "Okay sir , thank you."

Winda and Tiara had been waiting for Rindi at the Posthumous
Café. After that Mrs Rindi came.
Winda : “Good afternoon, I am Winda here to present details about
the advertisement that we will make for products from Angkasa Group.
Tiara, please give the details of the file to Mrs. Rindi "
Tiara: "Okay sir. Mrs. Rindi, this is the file."
Winda : "As stated in the document, the idea we propose is a youth
summer party on the beach, you can see the details in the file."
Rindi : "Hmm, I really like it, okay I agree."
Winda : "Okay sir, thank you for trusting Wijaya Group, we will
try our best."
Winda and rindi also signed a cooperation agreement.
Rindi: "Well then I'll excuse." (Then shake hands with Winda)
Winda: "Okay sir , thank you."

In the end, they left Café Posthumously, because the discussion on

the cooperation had been completed.

And then the advertisement created by Wijaya Group has been

completed and has been broadcast everywhere, so that Angkasa Group's
products are also very well known.
