Religion Spirituality

Religion:

For me Religion is that the emphasis focuses on the intuition, rules and knowledge. This is a set of
beliefs, cultural systems, and worldviews that link mankind to a higher order of reality. Many faiths
include narratives, symbols, and sacred histories that aim to explain the purpose of existence and/or the
origins of life or the Universe.

Spirituality:

Spirituality has more emphasis as an individual, the purpose, and how would they live their lives. It is
defined as the realization of a feeling, sensation, or conviction that there is something more to being
human than sensory experience, and that the greater total of which we are a part is cosmic or divine in
nature.

Similarities: Both religion and spirituality are based in attempting to comprehend the purpose of life
and, in certain circumstances, how a relationship with a higher force may affect that meaning.
