A. This pertains to school’s

collaborative effort with various
stakeholders to support the
implementation of the BE-LCP
including school mandatory
preparation activities and works to
accommodate leaners and
continuation of learning
opportunities. Further, with
partnerships in raising the
availability of items mentioned
below.
1. Engage partners in the provisions,

delivery, retrieval or assessment in the
Modular Learning System and other
supplementary materials for learning.
(Work sheets, activity sheets, Etc.)

Samar gave a complete set
of SLMs and other learning
materials.
The parent from Kinder

retrieved the answered
worksheet of the learner.
While giving SLMs and other learning

materials, teachers briefly discussed
the things that they had to accomplish
in that week.
To ensure the safety of the parents

and teachers, they follow health
protocols set by the local and
national government. Parents also
fill-up the monitoring sheets and
check the learning materials that
they received.
2. Engage partners in the promotion and

provision of distance multiple learning
delivery modalities such as local radio/TV
stations and other available media as
initiative to deliver the curriculum.
To deliver the curriculum in

different platforms, teachers
created their own learning hubs to
assure the communication and
learning of the pupils.
Teachers upload different

video lessons from
YouTube as learning
resources to help the
learners in answering their
SLMs.
3.Engage parents in the promotion of the

new school system and their new role to
increase involvement in the learning of their
children.

4. Partnership in psychological first aid

or other interventions and debriefing
Malitam Elementary School conducted Webinar Series on

September 2, 2021. Ms. Jocelyn D. Navarete, BE Coordinator sent
invitation letters to the resource speakers as preparation for the webinar.

With the information gained from the Webinar series, teachers

applied the methods on how to help learners read with comprehension.
During home visitations, teachers show enthusiasm and passion

in teaching reading as learn from the speakers.
5. School- Family- Partnership on

Gulayan sa Tahanan/ Paaralan
Teachers send messages to parents to inform them of the schedule for

cleaning and planting in the school’s garden as part of Gulayan sa Paaralan.
The KALIPI -Malitam Chapter as they help in cleaning school’s crop

museum.
A grade 5 parent while maintaining the cleanliness of the garden and

watering the plants.

6. Coordination to clean and disinfect

school buildings, classrooms and other
school facilities
MES Brigada Coordinators met with Barangay Officials for the assistance of disinfecting team of the
Barnagy to be used in school
The Disinfectant Team of Baramgay Malitam as they sprayed disinfectant in the classroom on the
school.
Even building’s hallways are disinfected as they are the places more prone to germs and bacteria.
7. Identify resources and partnerships

necessary for High Tech, Low Tech or No Tech
aide for learning
Pilipinas Shell Foundation Inc. headed by their program officer Mrs. Olive M. Sorio, donated
Knowledge Channel Portable Multi-media Library (KC-PML) that includes learning videos to be used
by teachers and pupils in learning. They also gave hand sanitizer, hand soap and room disinfectant
spray.
Mrs. Santiago, a generous stakeholder of the school expresses her support to Malitam
Elementary School Brigada Eskwela 2021 by giving off a brand-new photocopier.
One of the biggest support of the barangay to the school is by lending their disinfecting team in
maintaining the cleanliness of the school.
Barangay Malitam LGU, donated printer, bond papers, school supplies and Covid supplies
Donations like bond papers , ink printers and even liters of paint are given by donors.
Covid supplies like face mask, infrared thermometer and alcohol are one of the donations of
Brigada Heroes.
School supplies for children are given by a school and a food establishment.
PTA donated tablecloth for the helpdesk table and microphone.

8. Partnerships on teachers and community

educators on the implementation of the
Brigada Pagbasa Reading Intervention
Malitam ES Brigada Coordinators as they had meeting with Barangay Councilors for the LGU’s
support in Brigada Pagbasa- Project 4Ps
Malitam Elementary School launches Project 4Ps via Google Meet which was attended by the school head,
teachers, pupils, parents, local government unit, Ka Brigada Pagbasa Volunteers and other stakeholders,
Mrs. Marasigan and Ms. Fajutagana create Group chats for Ka Brigada Pagbasa Volunteers.
Brigada Heroes donate Load allowance for Brigada Pagbasa Beneficiary for the communication.
Brigada Heroes donated printer and photo copier for the reproduction of reading materials.
Other Brigada Heroes gave bond papers, ink printers, storybooks and even reading/ study tables.
Parents show cooperation during the home visitations of teachers as they introduced the Ka Brigada Pagbasa Volunteers
Sahaya Church Ministry serves as the reading center for struggling IP readers.

9. Availability of printing information

materials on COVID- 19 and proper
handwashing hygiene
Printing and preparing information materials like leaflets to be distributed to parents.

Teachers gave copy of leaflets to parents to share information about Covid- 19 and
proper handwashing hygiene.

10. Availability of printing materials and

provision of supplies for distance learning

As part of resource mobilization team of Brigada Eskwela, the members look for
donors by sending letters to their prospect donors and follow- up through messages.
The possible donor agreed with the teacher and sending cash through mobile banking
takes place.
The receiver of the cash, Teacher Marichelle purchased the items

based on the request of the donor.
School supplies were sorted as for the number of pupils to be given. Forty IP
pupils are the beneficiaries of the school supplies. The beneficiaries received the
supplies on the day of distribution of module of week 1.
One way of asking help for possible donors for Brigada Eskwela is by sending e-mails to them.Once
the donor reply ,follow up through text messages and even phone calls was done
It was agreed upon by the donor and Teacher Elsa that the donor will be the one to send payment
through bank transaction and what donations she will give.
Products were delivered in school

The donated photo copier and bond paper from the sponsor were used by the
teacher in reproducing SLMs and other learning materials.
11. Availability of hand sanitizing materials,

such as rubbing alcohol, anti-bacterial or
germicidal soap.
As part of safety health protocols, ,Malitam Elementary School was so lucky that parents and stakeholders
donated sanitizing materials such as rubbing alcohol and anti- bacterial liquid soap.
Teachers use the donated alcohol and hand sanitizer so that parents can disinfect their hands during the
retrieval and distribution of modules.

13. Washable facemask, surgical face

mask, face shield and surgical gloves.
Teachers asking and looking for Brigada Heroes that can donate Covid prevention supplies
Brigada Heroes donated cloth and disposable face mask and face shields for kids
Cloth face masks were distributed to IP pupils and IP Brigada Pagbasa Volunteers, while face
shields were given only to grade 6 IP pupils
Cloth face masks and face shields were used during Brigada Pagbasa Reading Intervention
14. Cleaning tools, materials or

disinfectants that may be used to disinfect
the learning areas, such as spray tank,
disinfectant spray or disinfecting bleach,
footbath.
Disinfectant Spray and cleaning materials were given by Brigada Heroes.

Teachers also received Janitorial supplies and anti -bacterial solution

Mrs. Mary Jane Buenafe knew the need of teachers for cleaning. She donated disinfectant cleaner and spray.
The cleaning and disinfectant solution was used by parents in cleaning the building railings.
Parents following their scheduled time and day in cleaning windows as part
of their support in Brigada Eskwela 2021.
Teachers used the disinfectant spray and solution in cleaning the room after distribution and retrieval of modules.

The school has supplies of multivitamins given to teachers. It is also available for pupils and parents.
