To provide that Executive Orders 14042 and 14043 shall
have no force or effect.

1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

4 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Stop Vaccine Mandates

5 Act’’.
6 SEC. 2. EXECUTIVE ORDERS 14042 AND 14043.

7 The provisions of Executive Order 14042 (86 Fed.

8 Reg. 50985; relating to ensuring adequate COVID safety
9 protocols for Federal contractors) and Executive Order
